The Service
PolicyPass analyzes ad copy and creative you submit against Meta's publicly available advertising policies, using AI to identify likely policy violations and provide guidance.
Important: PolicyPass provides guidance only and does not guarantee that your ads will be approved by Meta or any other advertising platform. Final enforcement decisions are made solely by Meta. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Free Scan and Subscriptions
- New accounts receive one free scan. Continued use requires an active paid subscription.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout in GBP.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. Changes take effect according to Stripe's standard proration rules.
- Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except where required by law or at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to submit content that is illegal, or to circumvent advertising policies for the purpose of running genuinely harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive ads.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits or the free scan allowance (e.g. creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free scans).
- Use automated means to access the service outside of normal usage.
Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the ad copy and images you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide you with a scan result and maintain your scan history.
Service Availability
We aim to keep PolicyPass available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PolicyPass is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results. You are responsible for your own compliance with advertising platform policies — PolicyPass is a guidance tool, not a substitute for reviewing Meta's official policies yourself.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolicyPass is not liable for any losses arising from ad account restrictions, disapprovals, lost ad spend, or business damages resulting from reliance on our scan results.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
